A win in Tokyo
Magic Maia has won Best Music Video Animation at the Tokyo Film & Screenplay Awards. We’re delighted to share the news.
Music and animation are a lovely pair to work with. A change of pace, a pause or an expression can give a musical moment something extra. This award is a chance to celebrate that part of the film, and the people who made it.
Watch the work
Visit our Magic Maia project page to watch the film and meet the characters. You’ll also find early drawings and a closer look at how Maia and Ducky became their finished 3D selves.
A big thank you to everyone involved.
