Our studio is a stones throw from the Beach in Brighton, so when we're not out paddleboarding or eating fish and chips, we can be found creating playful, imaginative and memorable animations and apps.

Storyboards
Storyboards are a quick way to represent how your video will unfold, shot by shot. Like a script, your storyboard visually guides you throughout the production process before the hard work begins.
This series of images are combined with a voice over, sound effects and basic movement to create an animatic which forms the basis of most animated projects.
2D Animation
Using industry leading software for films, TV series and commercials, we are able to create dazzling character animations in a fraction of the time of traditional methods.
Entertain or educate your audience, the only limitation is your imagination.
3D Animation
Our talented team of 3D artists are skilled in the many areas of CG production, be it modelling, rigging and animating or texturing, lighting and special effects.
We produce many of our projects using 3D software to create enchanting environments and captivating characters. 3D animation will take your project to the next dimension.
Motion Graphics
Drawing from 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics combines these disciplines together with text, music, voice overs and sound effects to make complex topics simple and understandable or mundane subjects fun and engaging.
We create and produce entertaining, memorable videos to capture attention and help you share your message in the best way possible.
CGI & VFX
At Move we understand the complex workflows and processes required to deliver stunning, photo-realistic animation, from detailed product and architectural visualisations to intricate visual effects such as liquid and fire simulation.

Move Animation Studio was founded by Jason Harding in 2013, but the seeds were sown some 30 years ago back in the early 90's.
As an 9 year old boy, Jason embarked on a journey that would forever leave an imprint on his life - a visit to the awe-inspiring Walt Disney World. The moment he stepped foot inside the magical kingdom, he was mesmerised by the vibrant colours, enchanting music, and fantastical characters. Jason became fascinated by the art of animation and the magical wonders of Disney's many animated films. From that moment on, he knew he wanted to become an animator.
Growing up, Jason was always doodling in his sketchbook, and his parents encouraged his passion for art. After completing art school, Jason decided to pursue his dream of becoming an animator, and studied animation at university in Southampton, UK. Here he studied traditional hand drawn animation techniques before diving in to the wonderful world and endless possibilities of computer animation.
Since graduating in 2005, Jason worked at a number of animation studios in London as an animator and director, working on a variety of projects ranging from advertisements to films, to cartoons, apps and books. However, Jason had a burning desire to create something truly magical and unique that would capture the imagination of audiences everywhere.
In 2012 Jason took a leap of faith, and together with a renowned television producer, quit his day job to turn his university film about a boy and his pet dinosaur into a children's TV series pilot. It was a big risk, but it paid off since the pilot was picked up and is currently in production.
Off the back of this pre school TV series Jason founded Move, an animation and creative production studio with the aim of spreading joy, wonder and magic through the content they create.
Move was initially based in a popular London film studios, which opened the doors to clients including Guy Ritchie, Amazon and Nissan, to name a few.
From here Jason decided to move to the creative city of Brighton, and today, Move Animation continues to create beautiful and engaging animations for a range of clients including Lego, Mattel, Toyota and Spotify, while developing content and new IP for children's television.
Through it all, Jason has never lost sight of his love for the magic of animation, and together with the team at Move, continues to create beautiful and engaging animations, spreading that magic instilled within him since his childhood, to audiences worldwide.
We work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and values and help them take things to the next level. We are always wide awake to innovations and new technologies in marketing and design in order to provide our clients the most viable solutions.
